View List of AI Agent Profiles

The Agent Profile listing page in NPO Studio allows you to view, manage, and organize all your AI agent profiles.

From the NPO Studio main menu, click on the AI Agent tab then select Agent Profiles to open the page listing all the agent profiles created.

Upon accessing the Agent Profiles page, you will see all available agent profiles displayed in a grid or table format. You can search, filter, sort, and manage these profiles easily.

1. Search and Filter Agents

At the top left of the Agent Profiles page, you’ll see a search box. Enter keywords to quickly locate an agent profile by name or description. As you type, the displayed profiles will update in real time to match your search criteria.

Next to the search box, use the Add filter option to apply custom filters and refine the list of profiles displayed. You can filter by label, type, status, runtime type, usage type, creator (created by), or editor (updated by).

2. Sort the Agent Profile List

At the top right of the Agent Profiles page, you will find a Sort by drop down menu. Use this to select criteria for sorting your Agent profiles by:

  • Name: Sort agent profiles alphabetically by name.
  • Created At: Sort agent profiles by creation date and time. The most recent created profile will be shown at the top, allowing for quick review.
  • Updated At: Sort agent profiles by their last modified date and time. This is useful for reviewing recently updated profiles.

You can also use the icon beside the Sort by dropdown to toggle between ascending and descending order for your selected sort criteria.

3. Change MCP Profile List Layout

Changing Views

By default, the Agent Profiles page displays profiles in Grid View.

  • To switch to List View, click the List icon.
  • To return to Grid View, click the Grid icon.

Grid View Details

Each card in Grid View displays key information, including:

  • Name: Agent name.
  • Status: DRAFT or COMPLETED.
  • Publish Status: PUBLISHED or UNPUBLISHED.
  • Version: e.g., v1, v2, v3.
  • Type: Single or Deep.
  • Application Type: Chatbot or Webhook.
  • Description: Brief info about the agent.
  • Tags: Specific tags or categories relevant to the agent.
  • Modified: Date and user who created or last modified the agent.
  • Three-dot menu for quick action buttons:
    • Edit
    • Publish/Unpublish
    • Delete

List View Details

The List View presents agent profiles in a table format with columns for agent’s name, status, publish status, type, application type, date created and creator, last modified date and editor, and quick action buttons (edit, delete, more options). This layout is useful for scanning of large numbers of profiles.
