View List of MCP Profiles

From the AI Agent Studio main menu, click on the MCP Servers tab then select MCP Profiles to open the page listing all MCP Server profiles created.

The MCP Profiles page displays a grid of all the MCP server profiles currently registered in your system. Each profile represents a distinct server configuration, status, and relevant metadata.

1. Search and Filter Profiles

At the top left of the MCP Profiles page, you’ll see a search box. Enter keywords to quickly locate MCP profiles by name or description. As you type, the displayed profiles will update in real time to match your search criteria.

Next to the search box, use the Add filter option to apply custom filters and refine the list of profiles displayed. You can filter by name, status, creator (created by), or editor (updated by).

2. Sort the MCP Profile List

At the top right of the MCP Profiles page, you will find a Sort by drop down menu. Use this to select criteria for sorting your MCP Server profiles:

  • Name: Sort MCP profiles alphabetically by name.
  • System Name:
  • Status: Sort MCP profiles based on their current operational status. Sorting by status helps you quickly identify the completed or in-progress profiles.
  • Created At: Sort MCP profiles by creation date and time. The most recent created profile will be shown at the top, allowing for quick review.
  • Updated At: Sort MCP profiles by their last modified date and time. This is useful for reviewing recently updated profiles.

You can also use the icon beside the Sort by dropdown to toggle between ascending and descending order for your selected sort criteria.

3. Change MCP Profile List Layout

Changing Views

By default, the MCP Profiles page displays profiles in Grid View.

  • To switch to List View, click the List icon.
  • To return to Grid View, click the Grid icon.

Grid View Details

Each card in Grid View displays key information, including profile name, status, date created, description, last modified date, creator, number of backend services linked to the profile, and number of associated tools.

List View Details

The List View presents MCP profiles in a table format with columns for name, status, date created, and creator. This layout is useful for scanning of large numbers of profiles.
